Meet Glen Reiley
I have lived in Phoenix since 1986 and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in marketing. Over the past two decades that I have worked in the mortgage industry, I have personally financed over $500 million dollars in home loans. My success is due largely to my commitment to my customers and to helping them realize their goals in home ownership. I believe quality customer service requires no less than a 110% dedication to constant and effective communication, honesty and integrity, exceptional knowledge of the products, promptly returning calls, having competitive pricing, and genuinely caring about the customer. Over the years, I have developed an ability to listen to my client's needs and to utilize my experience to help structure a mortgage that makes the most sense for each individual client. In today's society, too many people will just tell you what you want to hear rather than the way it really is. You can count on me to tell you the truth and thus have the comfort that the information at closing will be the same as what we discussed in the beginning. I realize that I am not selling you a loan, but helping you incur quite possibly the largest debt in your life. Having an awareness of that fact, I understand that I have a moral obligation to manage that debt in the same way I would my own. My goal is to create such a strong relationship with each of my clients that they refer the people that they care about not to help my business, but because they care that much about their family and friends that they want to make sure they are taken care of the same way I took care of them. My wife Kristen and I have a daughter, Amanda, and a son, Andrew. As a family oriented man, I strive to look after the best interests of you and your family and help secure the best future possible.
Our process is smooth and simple from start to finish:
- Talk with me. I will work with you to help you determine your financing options and answer all your questions.
- Apply Online. Complete your mortgage application at your convenience through our online application.
- Work together through final approval. From the time your application is received, I work with you to ensure you move through the process checkpoints to final approval.
- Closing on your loan. Prior to loan closing, I will review the Closing Disclosure, funds needed and documentation to bring to close with you. On closing day the final documents are signed at the title company and you receive the keys to your new home!

The History of Bell Mortgage
In 2011, Minneapolis-based Bell Mortgage became a part of what was then State Bank & Trust, in a history-making venture for both companies. Bell Mortgage has literally been a part of Minnesota since the state’s infancy. The oldest and largest independent mortgage banking company in Minnesota, it was founded in 1880 by early Minneapolis leader David C. Bell. Since then, Bell Mortgage has added locations throughout the Twin Cities and in Phoenix, developed its own proprietary technology for processing and underwriting, and has thousands of family mortgages to its name.
In 2012, State Bank & Trust rebranded as Bell State Bank & Trust, taking on the Bell name to give a more unique identity to a known and respected regional brand.
The History of The Business Bank and Prime Mortgage
In early 2013, Bell State Bank & Trust announced its intention to acquire The Business Bank and Prime Mortgage, both based in Minneapolis. Formed in 1999, The Business Bank acquired Prime Mortgage in 2007 to widen its range of products and combine resources to continue to grow.
Prime Mortgage was founded in 1985, growing from a single small office to multiple offices around the Twin Cities and an office in Florida. Prime Mortgage has ranked as one of the largest independent mortgage companies in Minnesota.
